Our residential services are designed to support residents in areas such as:

Daily living routines
Personal care reminders and support
Meal planning and meal preparation support
Household cleanliness and organization
Medication reminders or medication support, as permitted and required
Health and safety monitoring
Community participation
Transportation coordination
Appointment support and scheduling coordination
Communication with families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and planning teams
Support with individual goals and service plan objectives
Recreational and social activities
Respect for privacy, dignity, and personal choice

True Path Living Support is being developed with a strong focus on calmness, order, and stability.

We believe many residents do best in a home that is not chaotic, overcrowded, or poorly managed. Our goal is to create a living environment that feels peaceful, predictable, clean, and emotionally safe.

This includes:

• Clear household routines
• Respectful staff communication
• Reasonable daily expectations
• Clean common areas
• Safe bedrooms and shared spaces
• Positive redirection when needed
• Consistent supervision
• A respectful tone throughout the home

Our goal is not to do everything for residents. Our goal is to support each resident in building confidence, participating in daily routines, and developing skills at a safe and appropriate pace.

Whenever possible, residents are encouraged to participate in:

• Choosing meals
• Keeping personal areas organized
• Participating in household routines
• Making personal choices
• Attending appointments and programs
• Engaging in community activities
• Working toward individual goals

Each resident is different. True Path Living Support believes that care should be based on the person, not just the diagnosis.

We aim to understand each resident’s needs, preferences, communication style, strengths, challenges, routines, and goals.

Our support approach is intended to work alongside the resident’s Individualized Service Plan, Support Coordinator, family or guardian, and service team.
